Alexis’s Pavlova, known and voted as one of the best Pavlova in Klang Valley. Sold out on most occasions, Alexis’s Pavlova is possibly one of the highest in demand at the moment. Layers of crispy meringue with cream and custard mixed with strawberries and blueberries – the flavour and texture were just so balanced. It wasn’t overly sweet but still had a high degree of sugary goodness within it.More info

Table 23’s take on Pavlova was pretty much a “back to basics” kinda thing. Fresh meringue with slices strawberry, cream and mango puree. Everything was kept at a minimal, including the design and plating, which wasn’t a bad thing. It clearly looks classy and elegant. Taste-wise, it wasn’t as sweet as most commercially available Pavlova and paired really well with the mango puree and cream. Fresh ingredients, simple plating and easy to eat!More info
