Monday blues? Well, not if you have a deliciously blue plate of nasi kerabu! Packed with a wide variety of sides such as prawn crackers, assorted ulam, salted egg, and sometimes a generous serving of meat and rendang. Of course, those aren't the only ingredients used as some restaurants would take it to a whole new level. In short, it is both rich in flavour and texture, and is guaranteed to enlighten your day.

Hayaki Cafe
Hayaki may sound like a Japanese restaurant, but it certainly doesn't look like one. This 24-hour restaurant offers the best of Kelantanese cuisine, brought in specially by the owner in order to expand and share the love of Kelantanese food. Hayaki anchors itself in Damansara Uptown, right next to Village Park. There are also an abundance of delicious items on the menu, including the nasi kerabu, which is done to absolute perfection with a good amount of flavour and crunch. The prerequisite items are all included, along with a some roasted sliced beef and anchovy sauce called 'budu'.
