The chicken slivers are fried to perfection with a tad of crispiness outside and tender inside with a strong turmeric burst, along long beans and onions. A spoonful of soy sauce, fried egg, and dollop of their spicy sambal would enhance the whole devouring moment. The ratio of meat to rice is truly admirable.
