The adopted name ‘Jiao Sai’ originates from the overwhelming bird poop décor at their old stall, where they have ever since garnered the reputation of serving some mean maggi goreng. The scrumptious fried instant noodles are scattered with packets of a peppery and savoury seasoning and crispy fried chicken bits. There is certainly no better way to complete a simple, yet delicious meal.

For the uninitiated, you will surely enjoy the maggi goreng here at Abu Mamak. Instead of turning the dish into a landmine of chillies, the noodles here are skewed more towards the light side, with just a tiny bit of spicy hints for some tingling sensations. Topped with a sunny side up and an optional side of fried chicken, this dish of fried instant noodles is surely distinct.
