Though Kuching may be a place where Western food might not be their forte, maybe because it costs so much for such a small portion of meat; nevertheless it has to be included in our list of meat for the advantage of lamb lovers. While poultry and fish may work well with some, there is still a handful who would love to indulge in their favouite steaks and lamb once in a while. Lamb chops are considered tender and goes very well with mint sauce and some mashed potatoes. Feast & Furious Cafe
This new café has just opened its doors and yet they have already established itself as a local Western food joint. Their food is no exception as many are already giving the thumbs up for their meat dishes as well as their pasta. If you observe their lamb chop, the palm-sized meat is beautifully char-grilled to a nice dark colour with a little reddish on the sides but do not let that bother you. The meat is soft and chewable which makes it even more lovable. The sides include a huge handful of chunky fries together with a mixed portion of salad. A fair amount of black pepper is placed in a separate dish for your convenience.
