Hana Dining + Sake Bar
Using only the freshest and finest sets of ingredients, the Japanese cuisine here is not to be taken lightly. Do not be pushed away by the intimidating and luxurious looks, as they aim to keep it at a reasonable and affordable level. The thick cuts of sashimi here are served ice cold and will melt in your mouth with every second spent coating your palate with umami sensations. Other dishes like their Cold Udon in Sesame Sauce and Fried Burdock Salad are also top notch with their flavours and textures; certainly a satisfying restaurant.
