Similarly to duck rice, duck noodles are also a staple when it comes to Chinese cuisine. This dish is commonly prepared with slices of roasted or braised duck atop wanton noodles further flavoured with savoury yet sweet soy sauce. However, duck noodles can be pretty flexible with other different types of noodles. Other than that, the dish is also normally served with a side dish of leafy greens like caixin and soup by the side. Besides the typical roasted chicken on your noodles, why not divert to juicy and tender slices of duck. Here is a list of the best duck noodles in Subang Jaya.
