Maxim Dim Sum Restaurant has been notoriously known for its use of metal dim sum basket instead of the conventional bamboo version. However, that is not all. The freshness of the dim sum is pretty guaranteed as the turnover of each table is really quick as trays after trays are being shot throughout service!

Dim Sum by day and Steamboat by night - that is why they have two variants to its name. We believe it's a great combo between the two. They're also famous for affordable and fresh dim sum. not to mention a mind boggling variety through out the island of Penang. In Cantonese, we would call it "Cheap, Nice, Worth it".

Like Restoran Maxim, they also use metal baskets placed upon a moving cart going table to table offering a huge selection of dim sum. In short, it's fresh, hot and absolutely delicious.
