Personally speaking, there was not a single time where I’ve been to this place where it was not packed. Croissants here are baked with care and love, creating a pleasing result for fellow customers. While selections may vary day-to-day in terms of variety and availability, Touché is continuously baking goods in front of customers throughout the day. Its best seller is the signature French croissant made with imported French butter. Just by its looks, you can tell that these croissants are sure to impress with its fluffiness and crisp, shiny exterior. Amongst other pastries include fruit danish, doughnut, cream puffs and tarts. The bakery takes a lot of pride in its croissants as they go through a long process to make the dough in the cold room and ensuring proper meticulous techniques are carried out. Everything is baked daily without preservatives and with imported Japan flours. The team behind these impressive baked goods are traditionally prepared, led by a Taiwanese master baker. At Sun Moulin, patrons are able to see through the glass-walled kitchen whereby breads and pastries are freshly baked daily to cater to fellow lovers of yeast and flour. What makes croissants here set apart from the rest is that there are also wholemeal croissants available! Garage 51Known as The Continental, the croissant served at Garage 51 certainly does look simple but is done with a complex level of thought. Crispy baked croissant served with cream cheese, raspberry coulis, fresh strawberries, orange and peanut butter soil in a large white plate. Eating each element on its own certainly does not promote and flavour or texture but having them altogether in one mouthful, is absolutely delicious.More info
