Sin Kee at Brickfields gives the city a wonderful rendition of the Hainanese chicken chop. They do it well and they have done it for a good amount of time now. Their chicken shop is friend until crunchy yet remains just nicely soft inside. They fill the plate up with gravy and they top that off with soft green peas.
