Uncle Tetsu
Uncle Tetsu has recently hit Malaysian stores with cheesecakes unlike any other. The obvious presence of eggs is what makes Uncle Tetsu's cake perfumes in aroma when it's baked. Rather than being extremely creamy and dense, it's soft, airy and light. Having said that, one or two slice of this heavenly goodness is usually enough and satisfying for most people!

Love A Loaf Bakery Cafe
Above everything else, the classic lemon cheesecake shines the most. The cake is quite heavy and dense but that's where the lemon comes in. It helps to cut through the creaminess by providing a sour note. It's incredibly well balanced, yummy and refreshing!
