Restoran Tien Chuan is a hawker centre ala-Malaysian. The powerhouse is the roof for many acclaimed hawker dishes such as har mee, char kuey teow, yong tau foo and of course, chee cheong fun. Take note though that the chee cheong fun is best when mixed with yong tau foo! Springy, spongy but smooth all at once, the texture of the fun is the best part about Tien Chuan's chee cheong fun.
