Cendol is a much-loved Asian dessert, primarily consisting of shaved ice and coconut milk. Some say it's the representation of our local desserts that made us proud and loud. Close your eyes and imagine this: stubby green, pandan-flavored noodles are mixed with dark sugar syrup and coconut cream and ladled over a flaky scoop of shaved ice. You make the call whether it sounds savory or/and sweet.
There is also no ONE way to enjoy it. You can either opt to drink it in glass through a straw or eat it in a bowl. YOUR choice!
