Situated smack in the centre of the city, LOKL coffee is the perfect place to bring it down a notch from the bustling urban scene. First of all, the ambience is comforting and Instagram-worthy. Then the real deal is the wide selection of breakfast food, coffee and desserts, you’re pretty much covered. One of the specialities here is their scrumptious Croque Madame - packed with heavenly cheese, smoked chicken, and truffle sauce. Or if you’re in the mood for regular runners like big breakfast and bagels, fret not, you won’t return disappointed. Café, checked; delicious food, checked.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is why at Breakfast Thieves, you'll be exposed to a wide array of visually stunning, flavoursome and delicious breakfast meals. Located in APW, Bangsar, this place looks absolutely stunning from outside. Inside, it's both cosy and bright, encouraging a simple photo shoot moment. The food served is also really creative, where the most popular dishes are deconstructed and crafted from scratch. The dishes are also plated really beautifully, and sharing them on social media will certainly make your friends drool. They certainly have brought breakfast to a whole new level. 

Located on a street populated by New Straits Times Press and China Press buildings in the nearby area, Pulp café is considered a hidden gem within the Bangsar location. Upon entering the premise, the café is surrounded by a massive glass wall all around (which also translates as: good enough for those who love to take photos of their favourite food since one doesn’t have to worry about the lack of lighting). In case you are wondering about the industrial-like setup in this café, it used to be an old printing company. At the front entrance, there’s a white-coloured tagline against the glass wall that reads “A City That Deserves Great Coffee”. True to their promise, their coffee range is top notch. But most of all, they also offer creative types of coffee such as Suke Quto (a medium-bodied coffee which has an aromatic hint of citrus and candy-like sweetness) and Nuts + Bolts (a fruity and nutty-rich coffee). Then there’s Cold Brew in a cough syrup-like bottle, a refreshing coffee best consumed with ice and also an ideal drink to counter against the frequently hot weather in KL.

The epitome of simplicity and a no-frills environment, Feeka Coffee Roasters is a good hangout place with ample of floor space in the middle to walk around since the furniture arrangement is cleverly placed on both sides of the wall and on the plant-themed alfresco. And thanks to its spacious setting, the café feels cosy to sit through. In terms of food and drinks, the best seller got to be their freshly brewed coffees where the beans are originated from various countries around the world. And your cup of cuppa only works better when paired with their big breakfast, French toast, quiche and a delectable selection of cakes.

Newly opened in June, Alta Cafe located in Bangsar is set to liven up the area of Bangkung with satisfying breakfast and brunch, that will please the consumers taste buds. 

With a very clean look and eye catching interior specifically built for photography, the ambiance is just perfect for branch and for you to earn yourself some insta-worthy shots while you're there. 

The cafe maybe rather new, but the people behind this cafe is certainly not. With full experience in the food and beverage business, they know their food well. You can be easily convinced that the having a meal here will never disappoint you. 

Pokok has a simplistic aesthetic value that highlights on glasshouse café concept all the way from floor to ceiling. It is located at one of the busiest area in Klang Valley that offers a sweet escape from hectic city life. Pokok mainly focuses on western brunch food with a Malaysian twist to it. These days, people practice having brunch instead of lunch. Pokok serves one of the best local and western cuisines.

Antipodean Cafe is definitely a very cosy place to be at for breakfast with your family and friends. You would find 30 different brunch dishes on the menu. Come attempt the top choices at this Australian style bistro, which reminds you of BLT. 

Quartet was first opened in Jalan Telawi, Bangsar but has since moved to NU Sentral and immediately garnered a strong following. The menu is also been shrunk from having full course meal to something a little bit simple. After all, the place is a lot smaller in comparison to before. Their signature dishes includes a wide variety of sandwiches, from Tempala to Bombay and Cubano to Mozacado. Ideal for those who are looking to gobble-on-the-go. Furthermore, the cakes and coffee are definitely something that you should definitely try out! 

There is always room for desserts, don't you think? At Whip Up, desserts just don't fill up the menu but it aims to fill up every customers heart! Chef Tee is the dessert wizard and the mastermind behind all the desserts created at Whip Up. He has carefully created a fine selection of deserts that covers sweet, chocolaty, creamy and even boozy. Add that with some good coffee, hot meals and good company, and there you have it - the idea of a perfect treat! 

 Situated in the core of KL city, in the old neighborhood of Pudu, VCR brings you the best espresso from day to day. The setting was industrialized with an amazingly huge panel of windows brazenly allowing in beams of sun. Flawless in the mornings and late evenings. When it comes to food their Big Breakfast and avocado is a must try! VCR is a cozy cafe with a warm ambience that's great for working on a laptop or to chit chat with friends over a drink.

Common Man Coffee is situated in a high-end neighbourhood of TTDI, offering an early lunch menu throughout the day. Menu items incorporated a generous Common Man Full Breakfast and the ever- famous Common Man Fluffy Pancakes with caramelised banana, pecans, berry coulis and salted caramel sauce. This place has a super chic design. 

Located in the heart of Bangsar, VCR is a Melbourne inspired cafe and the design idea came from olden cassette tapes and so. The exterior is beautifully designed with black and as for the interior, it is designed with austere elements and natural lighting for a simple look. VCR serves many unique dishes for individuality.
