One would recognize the humble but elegant Serai restaurant through its pleasant list of local Asian fusion dishes in their menu. One of its many customers’ favorites is the Nasi Kerabu. This particular dish is generous with blue-tinted rice served with the star of the show: ayam percik. Other side-dishes like salted egg, ulam, solok lada, keropok ikan and also budu sauce ties the whole dish up in one package! The ayam percik with generous amount of Serai’s own take on the gravy goes well with the blue-tinted rice. Patrons would most appreciate the menu choices that range from local to western dishes that fit with everybody’s choice of taste.
