Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Dolly Dim Sum is extensive, with a wide range of dim sum dishes to choose from. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, there's something for everyone.
One of my favorite dishes at Dolly Dim Sum is the har gow, which is a steamed shrimp
dumplings. The har gow at Dolly Dim Sum is incredibly fresh and flavorful, with juicy and plump shrimp wrapped in a thin, delicate wrapper.
The shrimp used in the dumplings are always fresh and of the highest quality, ensuring that each bite is bursting with flavor. The shrimp are plump and juicy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and umami flavor that's sure to delight your taste buds.
It's also slightly translucent, allowing you to see the vibrant pink hue of the shrimp inside.

Another standout dish is the siu mai, which is a pork and shrimp dumpling. The siu mai
Dolly Dim Sum is perfectly seasoned and has a wonderful texture, with a juicy and tender filling and a crispy, golden brown wrapper. The pork and shrimp filling is perfectly seasoned with a blend of traditional Chinese spices and herbs, giving it a delicious and savory flavor that's hard to resist.
The texture of the siu mai is also exceptional. The filling is juicy and tender, with a perfect balance of meat and shrimp that creates a satisfying mouthfeel.

If you're looking for something more filling, I highly recommend the char siu bao, which
is a steamed barbecue pork bun. The bao at Dolly Dim Sum is soft and fluffy, with a sweet and savory filling of tender barbecue pork. It has a slight sweetness that complements the savory barbecue pork filling perfectly. The bun's texture is light and airy, making it easy to enjoy bite after bite without feeling too full.
The filling is the star of the show here, though. The char siu pork is cooked to perfection, with a slightly caramelized and crispy exterior that gives way to tender, succulent meat inside. The pork is marinated in a special blend of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and other spices that give it a delicious umami flavor that's sure to leave you craving more.

For vegetarians, the restaurant offers a range of meat-free options, such as the vegetable dumplings and the mushroom bao. The vegetable dumplings are filled with a mixture of carrots, cabbage, and other vegetables and have a refreshing and light taste. The mushroom bao, on the other hand, is filled with savory mushrooms and has a satisfying umami flavor.
