Among the triumphant temptations of our local delights, Mee Rebus lives up to all measures for a memorable meal. Literally translated as “boiled noodles,” it’s a teeming bowl of yellow noodles laced with deep-fried morsels, bean sprouts, slivers of hard-boiled eggs and chopped chilies liberally loaded with bright and thick gravy, predominantly made with mashed sweet potato and dried shrimps.
