Buffets can be a little too over-crowded sometimes and it does in fact affect our dining experience, Warisan Café located at The Royale Chulan however is able to provide a comfortable yet quiet ambience to their diners. The Royale Chulan Hotel itself is conceptualized based on the traditional heritage of Malay architecture and The Warisan Café perfectly blends in with the hotel with its kampong themed entrance which is designed with thatched roofs and hardwood materials. The interior of Warisan Café however, furnished with marbled tables and elegant armchairs gave the room a low-key elegance touch. The restaurant is designed with an open-kitchen concept to showcase the preparation of the cuisines to the diners. Spontaneous view of the Twin-Towers is visible from the glass windows in the room, perfect to chill and have small talks.
Unlike other restaurants that has a signature dish that stands out from the others, Warisan Café however makes up with the quality of the dishes which are mostly done quite nicely. The menu offers a wide range of local favourites as well as a fair share of international and oriental cuisines such as Japanese, Indian, and Western along with steamboat and barbeque selections. Fresh made sushi and fresh seafood available in the ice-station like mussels, crabs and prawns are definitely worth the try. Other than that, also try their western options like pizzas or the local favourites such as chicken curry.
