Sajian Baginda @ Medan Selera USJ 7 Subang Jaya

The name of the restaurant seems to scream royalty and you might think that it’ll be expensive right? Fret not, their dishes tasted like the king’s meal but their prices won’t make you cry in vain. Located at the humble food court in USJ 7, Sajian Baginda is now owned by the 2nd generation of the family business.

Specialized in Johorian cuisine, you’ll get dizzy thinking on what to feast. So why not give it a try on their authentic Mee Bandung Muar? Made with their own shrimp paste for the gravy, this noodle is sure to makes your mouth water. A decadent bowl of noodle topped with poached egg, two prawns and thin slices of meat for only RM10.90.

Or you can opt for their meal set of Asam Pedas. There are only three types of Asam Pedas in Malaysia and theirs are called Asam Pedas Johor. Asam Pedas Johor is slightly lighter than the ones in Melaka and contains pickle in it to give it a nice sour taste. Different varieties available but their bestselling ones are Asam Pedas Ikan Pari.

Last but not least, Putera Puteri is the dish for those who enjoy creamy but packed with flavours. Putera Puteri is a buttermilk chicken dish served with fried rice instead of just plain rice. We all pretty much know that buttermilk chicken has been quite a food trend among Malaysians and Sajian Baginda decided to jump into the bandwagon with their own twist.
