Coffee Good Golly Miss Molly is a cafe located in Millenium Square. Having opened in May of 2014, the cafe prides itself on being the neighbourhood hangout spot, as well as a favourite amongst the coffee nerds. The cafe was named after the exact same popular Rock & Roll song by Little Richard. The name is also meant to be a play on the male (Good Golly) and female barista (Miss Molly) there who tend to be very competitive about serving coffee to their customers. At every stage, Coffee Good Golly Miss Molly goes through a very strict guideline to serve up their speciality coffee, whether it be the roasting machine or the baristas.

Interiorly, it’s not the most spacious cafe but the ambience spurs out warm and comforting vibes with the mixture of brick walls, falling lights and wall murals.

Besides the best seller, here customers can enjoy a variety of sweet and savoury bites to accompany their cup of coffee. The cakes here cover a wide spectrum, which include the cheesecakes (i.e. blueberry, raspberry chill cheesecake), the carrot cake, chocolate mascarpone, red velvet cake, and tiramisu. Customers can also enjoy hot brownies with a scoop of ice-cream. Some of the savoury treats served at Coffee Good Golly Miss Molly include croissants, as well as a selection of meat pies.

An interesting thing to note about Coffee Good Golly Miss Molly is that they also sell equipment for coffee making at home, which can come in handy for coffee enthusiasts. All this surely suggests that if you’re looking for a great cup of coffee, with bites that are just as great to go along with, Coffee Good Golly Miss Molly is the place to be.
