Hadramawt was established in 2008. Apparently, it has two branches, this branch is located at Chulan Square, while the other branch is in Petaling Jaya area. It is probably the first Yemeni restaurant in Malaysia that serves an almost comprehensive list of Middle Eastern and Yemeni cuisines. This is also a halal place without doubt. Thus, everyone can enjoy the good-tasting food here equally and with no boundaries. In terms of price, it is surprisingly affordable too. It is also indeed a charming and elegant restaurant that spreads across two floors, whereby the ground floor reflects a rather orthodox atmosphere of dining in an Arabian way and the upper floor is a combination of dining and shisha smoking. For lovebirds, get your own intimate dining session here with screens surrounding your sitting area, available upon request. For shisha smokers, you will be tempted to label this as your next shisha place, given a dedicated open dining space, similar to a lounge for shisha to take place! Additionally, if you’re keen to know more about the actual Hadramawt town in Yemen, the interior decors here literally describes it all, with designs of wooden sculptures and carvings, colourful Moroccan hanging lamps, floor carpets and wall pictures. Whether you’re here for a casual dining, a special occasion with your loved ones, or a group gathering, you wouldn’t be able to find a place as comfortable as this restaurant, and the reason to why this is one of the best middle eastern restaurant in Kuala Lumpur.
