Simple and delicious, a good plate of wantan mee, be it dry or soup will certainly brighten up your day. It can be done with the conventional noodles, or perhaps even handmade from scratch, the most important element to remember in a good plate of wantan mee is still the balance between the noodles and the broth. Not forgetting the last element to make it complete, a serving of good quality wantan with stuffing filled to the brim!
