The mutton pieces are very tender and are a pleasure to bite into. This is also partly due to the fact that the mutton pieces have absorbed all the rich spices and flavours from the gravy, thus elevating the dish further. The other nice thing to note is that while the curry is very rich and spicy, it does not overwhelm the accompanying meal, making it a great side dish for an Indian meal.
