Koay teow soup, or better known as “koay teow th’ng” among Penangites, is made out of simple ingredients which are koay teow, clear broth, meat (duck, pork, chicken and/or fish balls), lettuce and chopped spring onions. They are absolutely flavourful yet affordable, which is why we recommend you to grab your hot bowl at these these locations!
