So, what is so special about their Eggs Benedict? Well, they have all the usual suspects that ticked all the checkbox… namely, poached eggs, toasted English muffins and Hollandaise sauce. Hailed from Sydney, Australia, Antipodean Café has already opened three branches in the Klang Valley area. Although their breakfast menu is best known for its Big Breakfast, their Eggs Benedict with Bacon are no slouch either. Still can’t get enough of Eggs Benedict? Here’s another one also situated at Solaris Dutamas. And the best thing is, they have not only one, but three different variations of Eggs Benedict to choose from! First, it was the classic Eggs Benedict served with poached eggs, toasted English muffin, turkey bacon and Hollandaise sauce. Second one is called Eggs Benjamin, which is basically poached eggs served with slow-roasted Portobello mushroom and fresh arugula (a type of salad), along with toasted English muffin and Hollandaise sauce. La Casa’s Eggs Royale is a dish you will not want to miss out from your list of good food.
