We’ve had plenty of cheesecake. From the classic American cheesecake to raspberry cheesecake and sometimes even flavoured cheesecake. However, this is the first for us, Nutty Salted Caramel Cheesecake. The nuts that were coated with a salted caramel glazed was not only crunchy, but relatively soft and easy to chew. The cheesecake itself is dense, but not overly heavy or rich – just nice to compliment the sweetness of the caramel. Lovely flavour, good portion and absolutely delicious nuts!More info
