Dynasty Restaurant @ Renaissance KL Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Perfect for Saturday morning breakfasts with family, Dynasty Restaurant being one of the dining places in Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a contemporary Chinese restaurant helmed by Chef Chong Foo Tuck that serves a la carte dishes as well as Dim Sum buffets. The design of the interior uses an oriental concept due to it being a Chinese restaurant. The room is furnished with wooden window dividers that are shaped with oriental patterns along with the comfortable chairs and dining tables covered with white table cloth, it creates an illusion that you are dining in one of the Dim Sum Restaurants in Hong Kong. The porcelain decorations and lantern-conceptualized chandeliers defines the identity of the restaurant.

Dynasty Restaurant’s Dim Sum menu has up to 30 Dim Sum items that ranges from categories such as steamed, baked, deep-fried and congee. Other than the classic Dim Sum items like crystal prawn dumpling with cilantro and minced pork dumpling topped with fish row, Dynasty Restaurant also offers a range of the chef’s signature creations that are only available in Dynasty Restaurant. Some of the popular items among the 9 signature creations by the chefs are the steamed bun with egg yolk custard. Signature chive biscuit and emerald dumpling topped with fresh scallop.

Also try out the Dim Sums from the deep-fried categories which offers some pretty interesting Dim Sum items such as crispy mango prawn with thousand island dressing and bean curd roll with cheese. End the meal with some desserts like oven baked egg tarts and Mango puree with sago pearls and vanilla ice cream. If you are not up for a Dim Sum feast, you can also try out their a la carte menu which offers a variety of classic Chinese dishes.
