What was once a factory producing industrial yarn for more than three decades turned into a hip restaurant café that’s all chic and more. Located at SS13 around the area of UCSI International School, you'll find this large café around the vicinity of Subang Jaya. The owner Chef Liang who carries a dozen feathers on his hat is the reason how Whup Whup was whipped into shape. Founded by a diverse talented collaborator who’s a jack of all trades. A former radio DJ, barista trainer and an art instructor to now a restaurant café owner.

A beautifully well-designed interior with all the right décor to suit. Before entering you’ll be greeted with a wide gate-like entrance. Once stepped in, you’ll be astonished by how the interior looks. A total change from the outside. With plenty of natural light, you’ll be happy to know that your pictures will be Instagram worthy so hold up on those filters of yours. Colourful wooden chairs and furniture that’s well furnished compliment the pastel green outlines of the area. The decor gives a rustic yet modern style complimenting the entire scene crafting out a fashionable statement to it.

WhupWhup menu features a plethora of the best of Western food. Savour the glazed lamb shank with ratatouille and rosemary, Mohawk salmon with pineapple salsa, or their special Duck 3 Ways pasta. You could also go for something that’s less rich in meat such as the pimped grilled cheese or the Nu Yolk (scallop, cheese, salted purée).

There’s a range of sweet desserts that’ll fill your appetite. Also, do note that there may be special meals from time to time as well so stay tuned to their web page for more information.

Ample parking space is available around the vicinity of the café. Also, bear in mind that the café is closed from Monday to Wednesday.
