Located in The Cube mall in Bandar Puteri Puchong is
Watercress Bone Steamboat, a Chinese steamboat/hotpot restaurant. Having been
open since February 2015, the restaurant aims to be the destination for folks
to enjoy a great hotpot to ironically relieve ourselves of some of the
incredible heat we’re exposed to on a daily basis. With an unwavering belief in
using fresh ingredients, and a unique signature broth to go along with these
ingredients, this goal is certainly achievable.

surprise that its made out of watercress leaves and pork bones (since its already
in the name of the restaurant after all). The broth also has a decent amount of
wolfberries and other herbs to further enhance the flavours of the soup. To
make the hotpot come to life, a slew of ingredients must be added to the pot,
which is exactly what is delivered in Watercress Bone Steamboat. Some of the
ingredients include seafood like fish noodles, scallops, tiger prawns, clams,
fish balls, fish fillet, crabstick, squid; meats like chicken, pork, lamb,
beef; and other items like dumplings, wantons, white tofu, pork rolls, vegetables
rolls, bean curd sheets, mushrooms, and a whole lot more.
To go along with the theme of using watercress for relieving
heat, Watercress Bone Steamboat also has their signature watercress tea that
customers can drink to pleasantly wash down the rich pork bone broth.
