Situated in Petaling Jaya, or more specifically, in the very beautiful Tropicana Golf and Country Resort, Spring Garden Restaurant is what one would call a step above the rest or in other words, a premium level restaurant. To give you an idea of what type it is, well, picture a wedding dinner, yea.

The ambience of the restaurant is actually pretty cosy, judging by the fact that it cost a little bit more than one of those typical Chinese restaurant you are used to. Tables and chairs all full clothed are arranged across the floor nicely to ensure maximum spaciousness and comfort while dining. Do give their dim sum a go. The Crispy Otak Otak Dumpling is definitely one worth trying.

It consists of friend dumplings that resemble Chrysanthemum flowers with otak otak and fish. Also their Steamed “Siew Mai” with Scallops and Fish Roe is one worth a go as it provides a twist to the usual ones that you are used to. Their signature Braised Australia Fresh Abalone is also one not to be missed out.
