Haikara Style Cafe & Bakery is a restaurant and cafe specialising in Japanese style cafe food. If the name sounds familiar, that’s because Haikara Style Cafe & Bakery first opened its doors in 2008 in their first outlet in Subang Jaya. Haikara Style Cafe & Bakery is the brainchild of a Japanese couple from Nagoya who wanted to offer a slice of Japan in Malaysia, where they currently reside. They achieve this by committing themselves to offer safe and quality food at a reasonable price from customers' viewpoint while incorporating some Japanese style. The Klang outlet opened in November 2014, and sports a slightly larger, and equally pleasant interior than the Subang Jaya outlet.

In a similar fashion to the Subang Jaya outlet, the bread & desserts served in the cafe are all homemade and baked fresh daily, with their breads having no bread softener, antiseptic, coloring, preservatives, emulsifiers, or stabilizers in their bread and bread making process. As far as the food goes, it also mirrors that of the Subang Jaya outlet, where the usual cafe items are served, with a Japanese twist. Customers can expect dishes such as chicken katsu sandwiches, pink carbonara, tartar salad, salmon cream pasta, croquettes, and burgers to name a few.

After the meal is done, customers can enjoy a number of dessert items, whether it be cakes like cheesecake, swiss rolls; or other items like French toast. To wash it all down, there’s a decent range of coffee and other hot drinks to sip on. So head on down to Haikara Style Cafe & Bakery in Klang for a great Japanese style cafe experience.
