This place is owned by the bubbly Jo-Ann, whom has a passion for cooking ala her style ever since she was still playing with ‘masak-masak’. Infusing with her own touch together with recipes she had learnt from her grandmother, Jo-Ann makes Fork D World a blessing to all foodies out there. She has pies, pizzas, roasted chicken, you name it; and all infused with pork!
All the dishes here are cooked with either the essence of pork or added with the meat itself. Browsing through the menu, you are greeted with the ‘nibbles’ section where the ‘bacon bombs’ are one of the crowd favourites. For those who are in love with the combination of both bacon and cheese, this dish has bacon wrapped in chunks of Mozzarella cheese and then deep fried to have the crispy effect before topping with brown sugar. Definitely packs an explosion when it enters your mouth!
Another must-try dish is their Carbonara. Do not expect the usual milky creamy colour that you usually get but the texture is enhanced by the pork bits that are added to it.
