Capital Nasi Dagang Kelantan brings you one of the best Nasi Dagang in Petaling Jaya. Nasi Lemak is basically the ‘Nasi Lemak’ of the east coast especially in the states of Kelantan and Terengganu. You could say that its original recipe, ingredients and methods are truly based on those two states mentioned.  There’s no doubt you can hardly find authentic Kelantanese dishes but here in Damansara Utama Capital’s Nasi Dagang will vouch for its pride in serving authentic dishes to its customers. Capital’s Nasi Dagang which was originally from Kota Bahru decided to branch out into Klang valley.

The restaurant is built in a semi-modern coffee shop style with minimal decoration. Its brown colour blends well together with the rest of the furniture. Plus, there’s no doubt that you’ll miss the big brown signboard right above the restaurant with white and yellow letterings neatly scrawled. In terms of cleanliness, it is fairly decent and clean in comparison to other restaurants around.

Due to their large crowds and popularity over the Nasi Dagang back in Kota Bahru, the portion of food served doubled thus allowing for more customers to purchase this deliciously piled of good Nasi Dagang. Their basic plate of Nasi Dagang comes with gulai ikan tongkol (spicy fish red curry cooked with tuna and a hoard of spices). Served with fragrant brown rice in a flavoursome gravy. You can also have added ingredients like tuna, beef rendang, curry chicken, prawns and sambal squid. Capital also sells Kelantan-made ‘keropok sira’ (addictive fish crackers with a sweetish sauce). On weekends ‘laksam’ (popular spicy rice vermicelli noodle soup) is available.
