Sam Lai, the founder of this food truck, was a former stockbroker and barista at a popular café, Artisan Roast. His love in making great coffee started when he studied in Brisbane and became a part-time barista for three years. He wanted to serves a rich and delicious cup of coffee that is at a reasonable price and delivered to the people, hence ‘Post’. On the menu, Latte Queen and Flat White King steal the show. The regulars love their coffee so much until they grab two to four lattes a day. If you want a grab a quick munchie, try the sandwiches. It is filled with fresh lettuce, fresh tomatoes, cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard and a few slices of chicken ham. The generous amount of ingredients makes the price totally worth it.
