To start your day with utmost energy, get their all-day Scandinavian-style big breakfast. Protein-packed with plenty of pork – a long, fat sausage, ham and smoked back and streaky bacon along with a soft-boiled organic egg, pineapple slice, rustic bread, assorted cheeses and butter and lastly a house-made Mues-Glee that contains a granola of rye oats with sunflower seeds, cranberries, almonds and yoghurt or milk, this big breakfast carries the distinctive Melbourne-inspired dish.
