Dim sum. What do you think people in that sense, would normally think about when someone mentions to one dim sum? Do you think it is the wide range of different types of the Chinese cuisine? Or maybe, the usual very busy restaurant you always see in the morning? Or maybe just the simple fact of them getting along with their family members during, well, Chinese New Year, for instance? Whatever it is, not many would have dim sum on a regular basis (many, not everyone).

Usually people have it when with family members or with a partner, rarely alone. Because after all, no dim sum tastes great when eating them alone, let alone if one has to finish everything that they order on their own. Situated in Mutiara Damansara, or more specifically, the very popular Wisma Bentley Music, this restaurant is what one would call a premium level restaurant, in other words, a step above the rest. What does it mean by that? – do carry on.

For one, the place is not your usual Chinese restaurant, something like a higher level restaurant that caters for wedding and special occasions. The plates for example, well they do not use the typical plastic plates but instead proper quality ceramic dishes, with of course proper cutlery. Being a restaurant like this of course, service counts. Service here is alright with also friendly staff running the equally willing place. But of course, dim sum is dim sum. It is served the usual way with those wooden containers, which gives an authentic feel to the dish. Of course, dim sum is not the only thing served here but a load of other Chinese dishes as well, do ask the waiter or waitress should you encounter a difficulty in ordering.
