Hard Rock is a chain of theme restaurants founded by two enterprising and music-loving Americans, Isaac Tigret and Peter Morton. Since its inception in 1979 in London, there are 191 Hard Rock locations in 59 countries including 157 cafes, 22 hotels and 11 casinos. One of the branches in Malaysia is located at Wisma Concorde at Jalan Sultan Ismail, which has been operating since 1991.

With music being played in the background at all hours, it is definitely a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a good meal and some drinks.

They also provide live entertainment from 10.00pm nightly, from exceptional local and foreign resident band, rocking away with songs from Elvis Presley to the latest sounds pop hits.

While the specialty is predominantly American cuisine, the menu differs greatly all around the world, and the Kuala Lumpur branch is no exception to this.

At the Kuala Lumpur branch, customers can expect American favourites ranging from appetisers like salads, chickens wings, nachos, potato skins, quesadilla; main courses like mac and cheese, steak, fried chicken, grilled salmon, barbecued meats and sandwiches. For those who would like to stick to local flavours, that option is also available at Hard Rock Cafe with items like fried rice, satay and fried seafood kuey teow.

Some would say their Atomic Burger is the best in town. Topped with spicy fried onions, fried jalapenos, Monterey Jack cheese with arugula, vine ripened, this is definitely a burger you would come back for more.

For big groups, Jumbo Combo which comprises of Signature Wings, Onion Rings, Tupelo Chicken Tenders, Southwest Spring Rolls and Potato Skins is indeed the best choice for appetisers.  Served with honey mustard, hickory barbecue sauce, sour cream and blue cheese dressing, this big platter is big enough to share with everyone.

There is also a kids menu included, each now free for the accompany one of adult per child. Menus including Buddy Jr’s Bangin’ Burger with Cheese, The Mac-Daddy Mac & Cheese (every Roxtar’s favourite!), and Kid’s Salad Chillin’ with Chicken.

Hard Rock cafe also has a wide selection of desserts, and their best one yet is of course Hot Fudge Brownie. To wash it all down, customers can enjoy spiked coffees "Irish Kiss" and "Bailey's Coffee"; or Strawberry Basil Lemonade made from fresh strawberries and basil muddled together with lemonade made from scratch. If you prefer some ‘kick’, you may also go for alcoholic cordials like Electric Blue (SMIRNOFF Vodka, BACARDI Superior Rum, Gordon’s Gin, Bols Blue Curacao and sweet and sour, topped with Sprite) and Mango Tequila Sunrise (Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, orange juice, Finest Call Mango Puree, and Bols Grenadine) to name a few.

So head on down to Hard Rock Cafe for your fix of great food. Rock on and party with over 4 decades of rock music history combined with world class dining.
