EAT Food Village @ Publika Solaris Dutamas

Food courts are pretty common but a specialfood court selling only Chinese delicacies is definitely rare. E.A.T. Food Village is a Chinese food court located at Publika Shopping Gallery. The non-halal space is serving a wide selection of both pork and pork-free cuisines. With its gorgeous Chinese theme and art décor such as calligraphy and wall paintings, the nice-looking place consists of eleven kiosks and seven small restaurants ready to serve you with authentic local delicacies. The main attraction of this court is definitely the bringing of popular food joints around Klang Valley and North Peninsular Malaysia under one roof such as Kin Kin, Yeoh's Bak Kut Teh, Sentul Ah Yap, Lorong Seratus Tahun and a stall selling yummy lobak.

For a delightful Penang-style curry noodles with creamy broth and chilli paste served on the side, you should check out Lorong Seratus Tahun. If you prefer having Hokkien noodles for lunch, you can order it at Sentul Ah Yap’s stall. They serve it with lots of wok hei and you will be given a “Beeping UFO” that will beep when your food is ready. For a more filling meal, go for Loke Yun Chicken Rice from Ampang. Kin Kin Chilli Pan Mee is definitely for the ones who loves a little spiciness in their food. Crowd’s favourite would definitely be the BM Yam Rice stall. Here, you can select your mains (braised pork, assorted pork soup, lobak, ginger wine chicken etc) and it comes with yam rice, soup and braised egg and tofu. You will get a very fulfilling dining meal at such an affordable price. You can also get a cup of bubble milk tea, from Chatime after all the heavy meal. Heaven!
