If you are ever looking for a rather extraordinary dining experience but still want to be just as surprised with the food and drinks, go ahead and set your course to Bricks & Barrels. This place is like the urban illusion of an era when beers are drank from barrels. Stepping into the waterhole, you are greeted with a rather grand exterior while you are welcomed with an elegant interior. High tables are made from barrels while accompanied with steady metal chairs. There are private seating areas where you are placed within rounded alcoves; imagining yourself sitting within a large wine barrel.

Their menu is exquisitely filled with food that will immediately bring out the growling monster in your tummy. Your main pursuit has to be the pork. For those who prefer to be in the comfort zone, the roasted pork is not to be missed. Other pork dishes include their slow-cooked pork belly; ala English or German style. The meat is tender and together with the crispy skin, it is a good treat with a bottle of beer. They also have a few other wonderful appetisers that you can experiment on like their truffle tots which are deep-fried grated potatoes with parmesan cheese and are to be dipped in their tasty roasted garlic aioli.

Fine dining just got up-leveled with their available dishes. Mainly Western but also hinting on a little Asian food but made more delectable, it is absurd not to try each and every one; if possible. For meat lovers, their steaks might interest you. The meat are all certified Prime Angus beef so you can be sure you are given some good quality beef. Try out for their ribs and if you want a healthier alternative, there are a range of salads available as well.

You are up for a treat for there are more than 12 draught beers freshly poured from the tap, about 50 types of bottled beers and the rest is history. Discover new flavours and you might find a new favourite! Accompanied by live music almost every night, you can be sure your night-life activity has just gotten exciting.
