The thing about this restaurant is that it's been only just been opened over a year ago. Though the owner has sold his roast pork elsewhere in the past, this time he really made a comeback, with two new partners. Boon Signature Roast Pork is not your typical roast pork-selling restaurant, their roast pork includes Western herbs.
With all the experiences gained and experiments done to make the perfect roast pork, Boon Signature Roast Pork serves roast pork with crackling skin and tender meat that is not overly salty, which seems to be a common encounter in other roast pork shops.
Their roast pork taste great with their homemade chili sauce, and you can try all their meats with your choice of Japanese pearl rice, HK style wantan noodle, or their signature dry curry noodle. That being said, you can always just opt for meat alone, if you're more of a meat maniac.
