A little off than the usual concept of a buffet eatery, Beep Beep Q single handedly takes the chance of slightly a different path where made-to-order barbeque buffet concept is put forth, and the result? Enticing! From 6pm onwards every day, patrons only need to pay a certain amount of price for an infinite number of barbecued meats and free flow complementary soups, salads, and drinks. Beep Beep Q is where arrays of meat are available to choose from such as BBQ sirloin steak, pork loin chops, lamb chops or on the toned down side, perhaps the BBQ jumbo sausages and meatballs would do the job. Our healthy set of greens are not to be missed on the grill as well such as the lip smacking wild mushroom grilled together next to a bed of broccoli and long beans. But of course, it is the Beep Beep Q most adored grilled Japanese sweet potatoes that receive the highest bid and they are absolutely delicious.
In general, Beep Beep Q’s Chef or better known as the gentleman grilling the place up, Imin Chan, knows the exact herbs and ingredients to spice up the already-juicy meat. Apart from the alluring dishes offer here, Beep Beep Q’s interior concept is rather interesting. Apparently Imin Chan and his partner have passion towards cars where their passion is pretty much reflected on every corner of this restaurant with car parts gracing the four walls and the picturesque ambience complements the rather simple wooden tables and chairs that mostly filled the spaces here. Tucked along the famous road of Bangkok Lane in Penang, Beep Beep Q occupies one corner lot of a heritage building and with such a breeze parking spaces, there is not a single reason to miss this gem.
