A Li Yaa Island Restaurant and Bar

Aliyaa Island restaurant first operated in 2008 and was the only first authentic Sri Lankan restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. Here is a little information on the origin of the name; the word “Aliyaa” means elephant in Singhalese. It is allegedly a sacred animal that can mostly be found in Sri Lankan temples.

Their menu is filled with recipes that have been handed down from generations after generations of mothers from their origin country.
