Swiss-Garden has hotel and residences buildings across the Peninsular and targeted Malacca city as its next project. Swiss-Garden Hotel and Residences Malacca is a newly established building near the city centre of Malacca. Considered the tallest building in Malacca with 42 floors, it is an architectural magnificence among culturally and historically rich Malacca. With the hotel overlooking the infamous Malacca River, being so high up above any other buildings around gives a sort of a rush. Conjoined with The Shore Shopping Gallery, guests at the establishment could shop or dine in the many shops available in the mall.
There are two restaurants within the building; Garden Terrace Coffee House and the Sky Garden. Overlooking the views of the best of Malacca, guests can rejoice in such luxury while enjoying the display of food available at Garden Terrace. The restaurant interior is contemporarily designed in a way that compliments the credibility of a 4-star hotel.
Garden Terrace is also famous for serving up buffets and high teas. The extensive menu is divided into sections; Salad and Appetiser, Rojak Buah Station (Fruit Salad), Soup, Action Station, Under the Lamp, Main Dishes, and Dessert. The menu is a fair mix between Asian and Western so that it could cater to people with specific tastes. Some of the menu choices are also fusion dishes that would allow patrons to experience the best of both (or more) worlds.
Meanwhile, the Action Station is a show corner where chefs with years of experience prepare food fresh in front of diners, an interesting concept most hotel restaurants go for that is always exciting.
