Living up to its name, the concept of Five Sen5es is to present contemporary Cantonese dishes that satisfy the five senses of their customers through the preparation, cooking and presentation of their dishes. The interior of the restaurant uses an “open-kitchen” concept where the customers get to see the whole preparation process of the cuisines prepared by the chefs. The spacing of the restaurant is divided into 2 sections where customers can choose to dine in the modern banquette seating or the traditional seating in the main dining room, offering the best of both worlds to build customer satisfaction.
Five Sen5es offers a la carte as well as buffet Dim Sum for brunch daily, where an extensive range of freshly made dim sums are offered daily. Classic Cantonese delights such as pan fried noodles, congee and Chinese pastries however are only available during weekends. A broad range of steamed, baked, fried, rice roll, congee and desserts, all for unlimited portions would guarantee to satisfy your Dim Sum crave.
Some of the must try Dim Sums would definitely be their signature steamed crystal dumplings with mini abalone, poached prawn dumplings in crab roe bisque, Thai-style deep fried phoenix prawns with mango and the deep fried beancurd rolls with seafood and cheese which are creative menus that are not available outside. Desserts like chilled mango pudding, steamed soft cakes and fresh baked egg tarts would be a perfect ending to your scrumptious meal.
If you happen to miss out their Dim Sum buffet hours, you could also try out their a la carte menu which offers classic Cantonese cuisines. However, a la carte dishes are not available during dinner hours on Thursday, but you can also give their Hearty Hot Pot Buffet a try which are only available on Thursdays.
Definitely give Five Sen5es a try if you are craving for some contemporary Cantonese cuisines that will satisfy your five senses.
