Kolo mee served with chewy noodles, minced pork fried in lard, white pepper, and fried onion. This kolo mee will also be served with a bowl of savory soup which fulls with sliced pork, vegetables, and crispy fried onion.
Traditional Char Kuey Teow served with fishcake slices, bean sprouts, tiny shrimps, blended chili sauce and leeks.
Penang curry mee which is sourer than a local Johor Bahru served with a half-cut lime, chicken slices and a pinch of spring onion on top of it.
