Molek Prawn Noodles
With a nice robust crustacean savoriness, balance and porcine savory sweetness, Molek Prawn Noodles have a medium body. It was served with some small prawns which are the size of the little finger, and they were fresh and juicy sweet. Despite that, they also have their own 'special menu' which is a dry version of prawn mee. This version of prawn mee was served with two large prawns, pork belly, short rib, small intestines, and boiled egg. The sauce of it is well balanced with the taste of savoriness, sweetness and spicy.
