Despite serving local favourites to our fellow Malaysian, a Russian twist would not hurt. Though the crust and base weren’t as crispy or crumbly as some of the Pavlovas out there, it certainly does have the required flavour. Hence, they do not come in slices or small serving but a full fletched portion. All of which are baked to order. The Strawberry and passion fruit pavlova was a balance of sweet and tangy-goodness. Generous amount of fresh starberries and passion fruit helps balanced out the sweetness of the meringue.More info

Suchan Deli has been operating as baking school as well as a café. They offer a variety of different cakes and cookies, all made from scratch without any artificial flavouring, preservatives, pre-mixes and gelatin. Basically, all fresh! – As stated from their Facebook page. In terms of flavour and texture, their pavlova wasn’t bad at all. Although sweeter than usual, it was pretty good indeed.More info

Possibly one of the most exquisite and interesting mix of ingredients. But that would be expected from a high-end fine dining French restaurant. Serving nothing but the best food with the best ingredients. Beautifully cooked meringue with large flakes of rich, creamy and sweet white chocolate, fresh mangoes and candied with bitter lime zest. The combination of flavours were exceptional! Not to mention the amazing texture as well!More info
