The omelette is deep-fried till golden brown perfection, with enough crisp around the edges. The oysters, in the meantime, are soft and fragrant upon every bite and the entire dish tastes even better when you dip it with chilli sauce!

There are two signature dishes worth ordering here - oyster noodles and oyster omelette. The Hokkien-styled oyster omelette is deep-fried using a mix of egg batter, chives and tapioca flour. The dish has more eggy texture, and only comes a little starchy in taste.

There is much to be found here at Kuta Bali Cafe at Paya Terubong, Penang. Being one of the larger food courts, you'll find a wide variety of dishes such as tom yam noodles, wantan mee, hakka mee and of course, a fried oyster omelette stall. Fried to crispy and fluffy perfection, this stall is fairly generous when it comes to the amount of oysters given. It's also packed with a good amount of seasoning, ensuring every inch is well flavoured. There's also a side of chilli sauce for those who wants that added kick. All and all, there's much to enjoy here aside from the simple but delicious serving of oyster omelette.

There are no doubt that there are plenty of fried oyster omelette in Penang. New World Park Food Court is one of them and many have agreed that it is certainly one of the best in the area. A thin layer of batter is used on top of fresh oysters, mixed and fried to crispy perfection. As compared to most, the oyster omelette at New World Park Food Court is slightly more charred and crispy. Some may call it burnt, but some will consider it texture and added flavour. However, despite the prolonged period of cooking, the oysters remain juicy and moist - which is a big plus. The homemade chilli on the side too is pretty good.
