Delicious coarse Italian pork sausages, sauteed with tomatoes, garlic, chilli flakes and parmesan cheese as well as fragrant rosemary herbs and tossed with the penne. So flavourful, you would definitely enjoy it! Check out their Herb Burger too which comes with a juicy pork patty paired of with marinara sauce as well as mozarella cheese and packed off in a fluffy Focaccia bun. A must-try includes the Cod Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce. The sauce is not overly creamy and its buttery texture is tuned down with the slight hint of lemon to not overpower the freshness of the fillet. Also try their Calzone pizza which is a type of folded pizza. It may seem like some oversized curry puff but as you bite in you would realise that the filling is all pure Italian. With chopped up mushrooms, tomatoes and turkey ham and generous amounts of Italian buffalo mozzarella cheese in a calzone crust that is firm enough to hold all these juicy goodness in. You have to try one of their wood-fired pizzas, especially the Carbonara (Bianco) pizza! This oven baked pizza with its crunchy thin crust is topped of with generous amounts of bacon, mushrooms and cheese galore! The enormous sized pizza comes with two sunny side up egg yolks that are just waiting to be spilled open. This is a dish that comes together so divinely, you’d probably finish it before realizing! Also, if you’re in for some spaghetti, do try their capellini tossed with pulled duck confit, sun-dried tomatoes and a tinge of parsley in a light parmesan sauce.
