    If you're ever craving for beef tendon, drop everything and head on over to this restaurant. Forget about all the other places you used to go to, because the tendon here will make you pledge your loyalty to them. Besides their super soft and melt-in-your-mouth tendon, their beef lungs are also a favourite amongst patrons. You can expect to have all the other Padang delicacies here, including curry chicken and bergedil.

    When you come to Puti Bungsu Batam for lunch, you'll find yourself ordering enough food for a whole feast. It can't be helped though, because most if not all of the dishes will have your tummy growling and mouth watering. Be sure to order more servings of Ayam Pop or everyone else at the table will be fighting to get a taste of it! The chicken is incredibly tender with its glistening crispy skin and when eaten with the accompanying sambal, the flavours will just be poppin in your mouth!

    Ayam Penyet is probably the most well-known Indonesian food amongst the locals here and if you have to wonder why, you probably haven't tasted it yet. Soft and tender flesh paired with a spicy and tangy sambal is one combination you wouldn't want to miss out on, especially if it's out of Waroeng Penyet's kitchen. They serve other various penyet dishes as well, so don't just stick to the ayam  enjoy the whole penyet experience!
